I got my people carrier!

This is our 6000 GBP, 2006 Renault Grand Espace. I like all the automated things like rain sensor wipers, automatic parking break, parking sensors, locks, etc. The key is just a flat card with a sensor in it so you just push a button to start the car. There are sensors on the handles that unlock the door when your hand goes to the handle. It's definitely smaller than my old Toyota but should work out fine here. It's a four cylinder diesel and automatic so I can drive it. I love the panoramic sunroof. I'll just ignore that either I cant operate it or the switch is dead. I'll be calling to ask a few questions tomorrow as well as reading through the owners manual and warranty info. Cory should have made sure everything works before driving away with it but he was in a hurry to get home. Sometimes its easier to fix things yourself than deal with people and their crappy service anyway. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority here.

Tristan decided to sleep downstairs tonight. He wanted space to himself. I guess he decided to read the funnies before bed. I am glad we found a five bedroom house so the kids can have their own rooms. It's nice to have some quiet time to yourself and your own space. The kids fight more when they live in tight quarters. We should get to move into the house on Ham Close the first week of July.

It's a cheap car but it has two sunroofs and power windows and each seat slides and reclines independently. The plastic is really cheap but the upholstery still looks good for being twelve years old. We didn't know how to turn the radio off but  the face comes off so we just removed it. It hauls all six of us around with it's little 1.6 liter engine. Maybe it will last three years. Cory is perhaps a little rusty driving manual but I just can't do it, especially here.
